What is the main idea?
The gist of this book is about a gorilla named Ivan talking about his life. For example Ivan talks about who his friends are and where he lives. Ivan has a friend named Stella and one day something weird happens and there is a big twist in the book.
What did you like about this book?
I really enjoyed this book because I like the structure. Also I like how Ivan feels like a human and he likes to paint. I like how every night a girl comes when her dad is cleaning and she talks to Ivan and gives him paper to draw.
